Lazy Bay is a delightful waterfront cottage situated on almost an acre of land on Staniel Cay's inner "creek," just steps from the ocean beach on the east end of the island. The cottage has one bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a wrap-around deck and dock. A large great room with cathedral ceiling gives a feeling of spaciousness and has a large L-shaped sofa with a queen bed. The large fully equipped kitchen has an island breakfast bar, custom built cabinets, electric stove and oven, microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom has a king size bed with sliding french doors leading to the deck overlooking the creek. There is delightful artwork throughout, adding to the inviting tropical design.

All rooms have ceiling fans to take advantage of the island breeze, as well as central air conditioning.

The sheltered dock (not included in the rental rate but available as an option) can handle a 38-foot boat with a 3.5 foot draft.
